A new house on the beach, in front of the sea
Our beach house in Guardamar has a large balcony and views of the sea. It is a unique place, with an astonishing design, reinforced by the refreshing Mediterranean breeze. The beach house takes advantage of a prime location, only 200 metres from the Hotel Meridional and 50 metres from the main beach: La Roqueta.
Refurbished recently, it offers 3 rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large balcony with views of the sea, a bathtub and toilets among many other services. You have access to the Hotel Meridional services as well, such as our gastronomic restaurant El Jardín, Gastrobar Nam, the Sky Bar, the parking, the panoramic whirlpool, and access to the private spa-pool. Feel free to come to the Reception desk and ask for a baby cradle, or an extra-bed in case you need it.
The Amapola beach house offers a first room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds and a third room with bunk beds.
The modern and refurbished kitchen is likely to surprise you with its equipment: central island, vitro-ceramic plates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing-machine. The main bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, amenities and a hair-dryer. There is a second toilet that is located separately. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi are available in the whole apartment.
On top of the listed services, a weekly cleaning of the beach house including the change of sheets and towels is included. If you wish, we can clean the beach house on a daily basis for an extra cost.
