Ñam is Jorge Amores. Without him it would be a nonsense. Ñam is his project, his soul… and oh boy! is giving us some magic. Dining here is something else, a unique experience that you want to repeat again and again. Quality product, creativity and boldness are the key ingredients of his cuisine.
